The condo is 100% as described! Two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with king beds. Great kitchen and living room. Balcony overlooks the creek! You can always hear the water. The walk downtown is less than a mile. It's a nice walk. Just far enough off the Parkway to get away from the traffic and noise!

This year was our 3rd year to stay at this most beautiful condo with Diane Curtis as our host. This condo is not only gorgeous, but is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous! Easy access to town.....it's actually within walking distance, but is SO quiet you'd never know it. That view from the balcony with that beautiful creek running behind the condo makes you think you're alone in a peacefully secluded wooded area. The place is always spotless and those beds....Oh my goodness! They are super comfortable. Parking is right in front of the entrance to the unit. No stairs or elevators needed. Diane is wonderful to deal with and will always get right back to you if you have any questions or concerns. We'd never even think about staying anywhere else in Gatlinburg. You will love it and I highly recommend this condo. ❤️

This was the perfect set-up and location for myself, my husband, and our two teenage daughters. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and the owner was very responsive. It was very nice to have a king size bed in the secondary bedroom, which my kids enjoyed. The location of the condo was very conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. Parking in Gatlinburg was challenging at times, so if you don't mind walking from the condo, it is totally manageable. The condo is located on the 1st floor, which others may or may not like, but we loved it. It was so convenient to pack and unpack. Overall, it was the perfect place for us!

This was my first time doing a VRBO and it was a great experience. The condo is very clean and welcoming and has everything that you can possibly need for your vacation. It looks exactly like the pictures show online. The location is Perfect. It’s close enough to walk to downtown but also away from all the traffic. We would walk to downtown and then walk back to the condo everyday with no issues. The host is wonderful and gets back to you very quickly if you have any questions. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to town for future vacations.

We could not have asked for a better home base during our mountain getaway. Perfect location near restaurants & activities while feeling private and relaxing. Super easy and quick to unload your car since unit is on the first floor. Fully equipped with everything you'll need and one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we've ever stayed. The balcony overlooking the creek was the main attraction with comfortable chairs & loungers for reading, resting or just chilling.

This condo was so good! Very comfortable, well stocked and super clean. We visited Gatlinburg for a long weekend and it was perfect. The creek behind the building was just icing on the cake. I had morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the balcony listening to the water, it made for the perfect beginning and ending of each day. Condo is on the first floor so no stairs. Check in and out was easy. We do a Gatlinburg trip each fall and I think this will be our go to condo each year!

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else when we visit Gatlinburg. The location is perfect. So close to town, yet you feel as if you're far away from everything. That beautiful babbling brook with gorgeous landscaping is such a peaceful view from the balcony. So quiet for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The condo itself is exquisitely furnished. The king size beds are super-comfortable. The master bedroom has a private exit to the balcony with a bonus sliding screen pocket door for letting in the cool breeze, or listening to the water rush over the rocks in the brook. The en-suite has a huge walk-in shower with a seat, which was perfect for my hubby who is on a walker. The washer/dryer was a nice plus, and the kitchen has everything one could possibly need, including a spice carousel!! Diane is a pleasure to work with, and really goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. She is a treasure in this age where customer service can be sorely lacking!! You' ll never be sorry you stayed here, and I guarantee you'll never want to stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg!! I would give this condo 10 stars if I could.

This place was great! It's close enough yet far enough out to where getting to downtown Gatlinburg isn't inconvenient. The space was the perfect size for my husband and I. Diane was excellent with communicating with me and was very proactive in taking care of an issue and warned us upfront in case there was a problem - thankfully, we didn't have to experience that. I would love to come back to stay at this property or any other one that she owns. I know that they'll be cute, clean, and comfortable. Having an excellent host gave us comfort in knowing we would have a nice and relaxed stay. I would recommend this place if you're wanting a quiet and cozy place to stay in Gatlinburg!

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Gatlinburg! It was the perfect retreat for the two of us, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail throughout the space did not go unnoticed-from the charming decor to the thoughtful amenities, everything was designed with comfort in mind.One of our favorite features was the shower-absolutely luxurious and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains. The cabin's peaceful setting made it an ideal getaway, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our time together. lf you're looking for a well-appointed, cozy, and beautifully maintained place to stay, we highly recommend this cabin!

This place was absolutely amazing on the inside. Everything was new and it was very clean. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough to all the fun of nearby towns. This was not a problem for us at all but I will advise not to bring a lot of hanging clothes (no closet) but there is a dresser with plenty of drawer space. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Diane's place is an absolute dream! My stay was delightful with multiple dolphin sightings. She is an excellent host, and her place is the best location in the entire resort. It is the top fifth floor, oceanfront, end unit with a corner view. There are no tall buildings along the stretch of sand and ocean to the distant Myrtle Beach skyline. She has nice seating areas with hi top chairs on the patio, and a recliner & couch inside. The manager and gate guards are diligent in ensuring the resort is safe and secure.

We came here for a vacation to relax and wanted somewhere near the water. This property was amazing! From the host to the check in process and our whole stay was amazing. Diane helped us with any questions we had and the property was beautiful. We literally were right on the ocean and could see the shoreline from our balcony. The sunrise over the water was breath taking. Will definitely be staying here again and extending our stay next time. Wonderful location amazing host and amazing property.

Perfectly situated, impeccably clean condo on a very protected gated property, and all the amenities you need for a stay away from home. Our host Diane was the easiest, most accommodating and friendly person you could deal with, constantly within an our reach via email despite numerous questions we'd come up with. Okay his condo is a gem. Being on the fifth floor and looking directly over the pool onto the ocean the view is amazing. We were very fortunate to have beautiful sunrises 32 of the 35 days. The condo is clean with modern updates and appliances. The property is well managed and there is ample parking. We love this condo so much we have already booked for 2023.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Diane was readily available since I booked her condo. We messaged thru VRBO and while on vacation, I texted her and she’d reply in minutes. The condo is just as pictured. Up dated and beautiful. The view is amazing. She has the condo fully stocked! We went to grocery shop the first day we arrived and I picked up things that come to find out she had in her draws. My son loved the pull out couch and the bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable. Slept in everyday lol the resort itself is great. we loved and spent most of our time at the ocean front pool directly in front of the condo, though we had multiple others to choose from. We spent almost every night at the quarter deck beach bar and grill as it is right on the resort with a great little food and drink menu and kareoke every night was great entertainment. Loved the security and that it was a gated community and enjoyed being out of the craziness of Myrtle Beach but only a quick drive from it at the same time. Our next trip down, we will definitely be staying at one of the 3 condos Diane owns. 10/10 for this condo, the communication from Diane and the location. Can’t go wrong staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was just as described and looked like the pictures on the listing. The view from the balcony was amazing- we spent a lot of time drinking coffee and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. I’m not sure if it happens all the time, but we also got to watch fireworks from our balcony every single night.
The condo was really cute and clean. The Myrtle Beach Resort amenities were also a huge plus. We had quick access to the beach, two pools, a lazy river, a playground, and two restaurants to keep us and our kids entertained.
We would stay here again and recommend to anyone who planned on going to Myrtle Beach.

We have rented many vacation rentals during our years of travel. This unit is, by far, number one on our list. The amenities offered within this condo have no equals. It boasts a well-appointed decor and is very well equipped in every aspect. The view from the balcony offered at this beach front location is awesome and provides a panoramic view of a vast stretch of the beach! A wonderfully relaxing location.
The owners are super hosts! They are very accessible and responded promptly to any enquiry we had during booking as well as our entire stay. They are truly genuine, “down to earth” people who “go out of their way” to insure their guest have a relaxing and positive experience. We have been so impressed with our experiences that we have rebooked for a future stay.
We would not hesitate to recommend this vacation destination to family and friends.

I would definitely rent this unit again. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and seasonings. The oceanfront view was definitely one of the best views on the resort. The owners of this unit are by far the most prompt and courteous owners I have ever worked with. They made sure we had all of the resort information well ahead of checkin. Both the bed and pull out sofa were comfortable as well as the leather recliner. The decor gave a relaxing spa feel with teal blues and beach decor. This unit is a 10 out of 10.
